Organization Profile

TSISA YOUTH DEVELOPMENT is a Sports for Development (S4D) organisation, registered in Uganda, to empower individuals and communities particularly the youth through transformative use of the power of sports in fostering social inclusion, Health, Education and personal Development.

TYD areas of operation in Refugee settlements, Urban slam communities and Schools. Youth sports are a critical platform for young youth to develop character and important life skills, such as teamwork, self-confidence, and perseverance.
Research shows that active Youth do better in life, and sports have historically afforded all young youth the opportunity to live an active and healthy lifestyle

Education & Life Skills: To Use sports as a tool to teach teamwork, leadership, resilience, and conflict resolution.

Community Development: Strengthen community bonds and foster peacebuilding in conflict-affected areas and eradication of poverty among youth.
